     Edith Carter was born at Sarsden Rectory, Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, England.1 She was the daughter of Rev. Canon unknown Carter.1 She married Alfred James Christian, son of Alfred Christian and Frances Emily Hall, in 1893.2 She died on 23 February 1947.1
     From 1893, her married name became Christian.2

     From 19 November 1930, her married name became Walker.2 She lived in 1969 at Sealby, Ballanrd Road, Douglas, Isle of Man.2

     Hyacinthe Christian was born in 1897.1 She is the daughter of Alfred James Christian and Edith Carter.1 She married, firstly, Captain Hugh Cyril Christian, son of Edward Hompesch Christian and Susan Olive Duffield, in 1927.2 She married, secondly, Richard Henderson after 1934.2

     Captain Hugh Cyril Christian was born in 1899 at London, England.1 He was the son of Edward Hompesch Christian and Susan Olive Duffield.1,2 He married Hyacinthe Christian, daughter of Alfred James Christian and Edith Carter, in 1927.3 He died on 15 October 1934 at Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland, without issue.1
     Captain Hugh Cyril Christian gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Coke's Rifles.2
