     Edmond Quayle Christian was born in 1803 at Pooildhooie, Maughold, Isle of Man.1 He was the son of Edward Christian and Catherine Kelly.1 He married Isabella Jane Eagle, daughter of Hon. J. E. Eagle, before 1850.1 He married Margaret Elizabeth Stephenson, daughter of J. Stephenson, circa 1850.1 He died in 1864 at Pooildhooie, Maughold, Isle of Man.1 He was buried at Kirk Maughold, Isle of Man.1
