Lt.-Col. Charles Frederick Talbot Wyndham-Quin was born on 12 January 1864.1 He was the son of Captain Hon. Windham Henry Wyndham-Quin and Caroline Tyler.1 He died on 2 April 1926 at age 62.1
Lt.-Col.
