     Robert Edward Peter Gascoyne-Cecil, 6th Marquess of Salisbury was born on 24 October 1916.¹ He was the son of Robert Arthur James Gascoyne-Cecil, 5th Marquess of Salisbury and Elizabeth Vere Cavendish.¹ He married Marjorie Olein Wyndham-Quin, daughter of Captain Hon. Valentine Maurice Wyndham-Quin and Marjorie Elizabeth Pretyman, on 18 December 1945.³ He died on 11 July 2003 at age 86.⁴
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Grenadier Guards.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for Bournemouth West between February 1950 and January 1954.¹ He succeeded to the title of 12th Earl of Salisbury [E., 1605] on 23 February 1972.¹ He succeeded to the title of 12th Baron Cecil of Essendon, co. Rutland [E., 1603] on 23 February 1972.¹ He succeeded to the title of 12th Viscount Cranborne, co. Dorset [E., 1604] on 23 February 1972.¹ He succeeded to the title of 6th Marquess of Salisbury [G.B., 1789] on 23 February 1972.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Dorset in 1974.¹ He lived in 2003 at Hatfield House, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, England.¹

     Michael Charles James Gascoyne-Cecil was born on 27 October 1918.¹ He was the son of Robert Arthur James Gascoyne-Cecil, 5th Marquess of Salisbury and Elizabeth Vere Cavendish.¹ He died on 27 October 1934 at age 16.¹

     Richard Hugh Vere Gascoyne-Cecil was born on 31 January 1924.¹ He was the son of Robert Arthur James Gascoyne-Cecil, 5th Marquess of Salisbury and Elizabeth Vere Cavendish.¹ He died on 12 August 1944 at age 20, following an accident.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of Sergeant-Pilot in the service of the Royal Air Force.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹

     Alice Ruth Hermione Thynne was the daughter of Rt. Hon. Lord Henry Frederick Thynne and Lady Ulrica Frederica Jane St. Maur Seymour.¹ She married Alexander Edward Lane Fox-Pitt-Rivers, son of Lt.-Gen. Augustus Henry Fox-Pitt-Rivers and Hon. Alice Margaret Stanley, on 25 April 1889.¹ She died on 2 August 1948.
      From 25 April 1889, her married name became Fox-Pitt-Rivers.¹

     William Windsor, 2nd Baron Windsor was the son of Andrews Windsor, 1st Baron Windsor and Elizabeth Blount.¹ He married, firstly, Margaret Sambourne, daughter of William Sambourne.¹ He married, secondly, Elizabeth Cowdrey, daughter of Peter Cowdrey.¹ He died on 20 August 1558.¹
     He was invested as a Knight, Order of the Bath (K.B.).¹ He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baron Windsor [E., 1529] circa 1543.¹

     Lt.-Col. Charles Frederick Talbot Wyndham-Quin was born on 12 January 1864.¹ He was the son of Captain Hon. Windham Henry Wyndham-Quin and Caroline Tyler.¹ He died on 2 April 1926 at age 62.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in 1915 in the service of the 3rd Battalion, Royal Lancaster Regiment.¹ He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the Glamorgan Yeomanry.¹

     Hon. Kathleen Sybil Wyndham-Quin was born on 12 February 1895.¹ She was the daughter of Windham Henry Wyndham-Quin, 5th Earl of Dunraven and Mount-Earl and Lady Eva Constance Aline Bourke.¹ She died on 29 December 1907 at age 12.¹

     Hon. Harry Hugh Patrick Wyndham was born on 28 September 1957.¹ He is the son of John Edward Reginald Wyndham, 6th Baron Leconfield of Leconfield and Pamela Wyndham-Quin.² He married Susan Fiona McLean Woodall, daughter of Bruce Woodall, in 1985.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹

     Hon. George Ronan Valentine Wyndham was born on 31 July 1983.¹ He is the son of John Max Henry Scawen Wyndham, 7th Baron Leconfield of Leconfield and Audrey Caroline Nelson.²
