     Gabrielle Hilda Blunt was born on 8 January 1919.1 She is the daughter of Henry Wilfrid Blunt and Maud Etta Hyde.1 She married, firstly, Captain Tony Thawnton on 3 August 1941.1 She and Captain Tony Thawnton were divorced in 1950.1 She married, secondly, Julian M. Bond, son of Maj.-Gen. John Arthur Mallock Bond, on 10 November 1955.2 She and Julian M. Bond were divorced in 1972.2
     From 3 August 1941, her married name became Thawnton.1 From 10 November 1955, her married name became Bond.2 She lived in 2003 at 3 Gingerbread Lane, Hawkhurst, Kent, England.1
