Lucy Mann was born circa 1787.1 She was the daughter of James Mann and Lucy Mann.1 She married Sir Matthew Blakiston, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Matthew Blakiston, 2nd Bt. and Anne Rochefort, on 12 April 1810.1 She died on 29 December 1871 at Sandybrook Hall, Ashbourne, Derbyshire, England.1
