     Sir Benjamin Tichborne, 1st Bt. was born circa 1540.1 He was the son of Nicholas Tichborne.2 He married Amphyllis Weston on 17 May 1571 at Skrynes, Roxwell, Essex, EnglandG.3 He died on 6 September 1629.1
     He was created 1st Baronet Tichborne, of Titchborne, co. Southampton [England] on 8 March 1620/21.1
