     Sir Thomas Gage, 2nd Bt. was born before 1620. He married Mary Chamberlain, daughter of John Chamberlain, in 1635. He died on 2 July 1654.
     Sir Thomas Gage, 2nd Bt. gained the title of 2nd Baronet Gage, of Firle.1

     Mary Chamberlain was born before 1620. She was the daughter of John Chamberlain.1 She married, firstly, Sir Thomas Gage, 2nd Bt. in 1635. She married, secondly, Sir Henry Goring, 2nd Bt., son of Sir William Goring, 1st Bt. and Eleanor Francis, in May 1661. She died in 1694.
     From 1635, her married name became Gage. From May 1661, her married name became Goring.

     Sir Henry Goring, 2nd Bt. was born before 1627. He was the son of Sir William Goring, 1st Bt. and Eleanor Francis.2 He married Mary Chamberlain, daughter of John Chamberlain, in May 1661. He died on 8 June 1671.1
     Sir Henry Goring, 2nd Bt. succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Goring, of Burton, co. Sussex [E., 1622] circa February 1657/58.1
