Captain Malcolm Cosmo Bonsor was born on 2 August 1878.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Cosmo Orme Bonsor, 1st Bt. and Emily Gertrude Fellowes.1 He married Sybil Henrietta Fergusson, daughter of Charles Robert Kenneth Fergusson and Eleanora Dalrymple Davidson, on 6 December 1906.1 He died on 10 March 1918 at age 39, killed in action.1

Charles Robert Kenneth Fergusson was born on 25 September 1842.1 He is the son of Hew Dalrymple Hamilton Fergusson and Louisa Godby.2 He married Eleanora Dalrymple Davidson, daughter of Duncan Davidson of Tulloch, on 5 December 1872.1 He died on 24 October 1926 at age 84.1
