     Robert Eugene Boreel was born on 19 December 1850.1 He was the son of Francis Robert Boreel and Sarah Shelburne Langdon.1 He married Florence Brooke, daughter of Francis Capper Brooke and Louisa Duff, on 26 September 1878.1 He died on 22 April 1896 at age 45.1

     Florence Brooke was born on 14 September 1853 at Ufford, Suffolk, England.2 She was the daughter of Francis Capper Brooke and Louisa Duff.1,2 She married Robert Eugene Boreel, son of Francis Robert Boreel and Sarah Shelburne Langdon, on 26 September 1878.1 She died on 9 December 1928 at age 75 at The Hague, The Netherlands.1,2
     From 26 September 1878, her married name became Boreel.1

     Sir Alfred Boreel, 12th Bt. was born on 22 July 1883.2 He was the son of Robert Eugene Boreel and Florence Brooke.1 He married, firstly, Countess Aletta Cornelia Anna Schimmelpenninck, daughter of Count Francis David Schimmelpenninck, on 1 July 1911.2 He married, secondly, Countess Reiniera Adriana Schimmelpenninck, daughter of Count Francis David Schimmelpenninck, on 28 March 1919.2 He died on 20 August 1964 at age 81.2
