     William Windham Baring was born on 19 April 1826.1 He was the son of Henry Baring and Cecilia Anne Windham.1 He married Selina Barbara Wilhelmina Ponsonby, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Hon. Sir Frederick Cavendish Ponsonby and Lady Emily Charlotte Bathurst, on 2 January 1862.1 He died on 20 November 1876 at age 50.1
