     Harold Brocklebank was born on 24 November 1853.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Brocklebank, 1st Bt. and Anne Robinson.1 He married Mary Ellen Brogden, daughter of John Brogden, in 1878.1 He died on 1 December 1936 at age 83.1
     Harold Brocklebank held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lancashire.1
