     Hugh Lamplugh Brooksbank was born on 25 February 1867.¹ He was the son of Reverend Walter Brooksbank and Elizabeth Jane Denning.¹ He married Sybil Lavallin Puxley, daughter of Herbert Lavallin Puxley, on 27 December 1900.¹ He died on 2 March 1943 at age 76.¹

     Sybil Lavallin Puxley was the daughter of Herbert Lavallin Puxley.¹ She married Hugh Lamplugh Brooksbank, son of Reverend Walter Brooksbank and Elizabeth Jane Denning, on 27 December 1900.¹ She died on 26 November 1945.¹
      From 27 December 1900, her married name became Brooksbank.¹
