     Emily Margaret Nepean was born in 1867 at Weston Green, Surrey, England.3 She was the daughter of Sir Evan Colville Nepean and Elizabeth Anne Jenner.2 She married Felton George Randolph, son of Reverend Cyril Randolph and Frances Selina Hervey, on 14 January 1896 at Cobham, Surrey, England.3,1 She died on 21 August 1950.1
     From 14 January 1896, her married name became Randolph.3
