     Very Rev. Philip Frank Eliot was born on 21 December 1835.2 He was the son of Dr. William Eliot and Lydia ffolliott.2 He married Mary Anna Marriott in 1859.2 He married Hon. Mary Emma Pitt-Rivers, daughter of George Pitt-Rivers, 4th Baron Rivers of Sudeley Castle, in 1883.2
     Very Rev. Philip Frank Eliot held the office of Dean of Windsor.1 He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.).1 He was invested as a Knight Commander, Royal Victorian Order (K.C.V.O.).1
