Sir Richard Browne, 3rd Bt. was the son of Sir Richard Browne, 1st Bt. and Mary Plunkett.1 He died after 1682, presumably without male issue.1
He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Browne, of Kishack, co. Dublin [I., 1622] on 8 May 1657.1 On 3 November 1682 he was "an insolvent and fugitive person", as the result of a judgement against him for £23 8s 3d in favour of a William Jans of Dublin, gentleman.1
On his death, his baronetcy presumably became extinct.1
