Robbins, son of Robert Rowan Robbins and Lena Billingsy. She died in January 1985 at age 91 at New Albany, Mississippi, U.S.A.G.1
     Her married name became Robbins.1

     Sir Richard Browne, 1st Bt. was the son of Patrick Browne and Margaret Gerrott.1 He married, firstly, Margaret Malone, daughter of John Malone, before 1607.1 He married, secondly, Mary Plunkett, daughter of Christopher Plunkett, 8th Lord Killeen and Genet Dillon, after 1612.1 He died in 1642.1 He was buried at Christ Church, Ballynamore, County Longford, IrelandG.1 His will (dated 14 September 1642) was proven (by probate) in 1642.1
     He held the office of Sheriff of Dublin in 1605.1 He held the office of Mayor of Dublin from 1614 to 1615.1 He held the office of Mayor of Dublin in 1620.1 He was created 1st Baronet Browne, of Kishack, co. Dublin [Ireland] on 30 March 1622.1 He held the office of Sheriff of County Longford in 1623.1
