     Roger Buchan-Hepburn was born on 18 May 1852.1 He was the son of John Buchan Buchan-Hepburn and Margaret Sophia Swinton.1 He married Lilian Gray Winter, daughter of Christopher T. Winter, in 1893.1 He died on 26 January 1907 at age 54.1
