Reverend William Henry Hobart was born on 17 December 1855.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Charles Robert Hobart and Maria Hodson. He married Margaret Emily Watson, daughter of General Edward Dayot Watson, on 3 November 1881.1 He died on 23 September 1918 at age 62.1
