     Lewis Stuyvesant Chanler was born in 1869.1 He was the son of John Winthrop Chanler and Margaret Astor Ward.1 He married, firstly, Alice Chamberlain in 1890.1 He married, secondly, Julie Benkard in 1921.1 He died in 1942.1
     He graduated from Columbia University, Manhattan, New York City, New York, U.S.A.G, in 1891 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)1 He was educated in 1894 at Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He was a lawyer at New York City, New York, U.S.A.G.1 He held the office of Lieutenant-Governor of New York between 1907 and 1908.1 In 1908 he ran for Governor of New York, byt was opposed by Hearst.1 He and his second wife joined the Bahá'i movement, but was eventually expelled after challenging the movement.1

     Sir Savile Aylmer Burdett, 11th Bt. was born on 24 September 1931.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Aylmer Burdett, 10th Bt. and Audrey Grace Chichester Cutliffe. He married June Elizabeth Campbell Rutherford, daughter of Dr. James Mackay Rutherford, on 21 July 1962.1 He died on 5 July 2017 at age 85.2
     He was educated at Wellington College, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Burdett, of Birthwaite, co. York [E., 1665] on 23 August 1943.3 He graduated from Imperial College, London, EnglandG, with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) (Eng.)1 He did his National Service as a Temporay Sub Lieutenant (E) in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.1 He was managing director of Rapaway Energy Ltd.1 He lived in 2003 at 2 Knapp Cottages, Gore Lane, Kilmington, Axminster, Devon, EnglandG.1
