     Sir Archibald Lamb, 3rd Bt. was born on 5 November 1845.1 He was the son of Charles James Savile Montgomerie Lamb and Anna Charlotte Grey.1 He married Louisa Mary Caroline Durrant, daughter of Sir Henry Thomas Estridge Durrant, 3rd Bt. and Julia Diana Stracey, on 30 March 1875 at Christ Church, Marylebone, London, England.1
     Sir Archibald Lamb, 3rd Bt. succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Burges [G.B., 1795] on 21 March 1864.1 He was commissioned in 1868, in the service of the 2nd Life Guards.1 He was invested as a Knight of Justice, Order of St. John of Jerusalem (K.J.St.J.).1 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the 2nd Life Guards.1

     Louisa Mary Caroline Durrant is the daughter of Sir Henry Thomas Estridge Durrant, 3rd Bt. and Julia Diana Stracey.1 She married, firstly, John Richard Fenwick before 1875.1 She married, secondly, Sir Archibald Lamb, 3rd Bt., son of Charles James Savile Montgomerie Lamb and Anna Charlotte Grey, on 30 March 1875 at Christ Church, Marylebone, London, England.1
     From before 1875, her married name became Fenwick.1 From 30 March 1875, her married name became Lamb.1
