Major Sir Evelyn Delves Broughton, 12th Bt. was born on 2 October 1915.1 He was the son of Major Sir Henry John Delves Broughton, 11th Bt. and Vera Edyth Griffith-Boscawen.1 He married, firstly, Hon. Elizabeth Florence Marion Cholmondeley, daughter of Thomas Pitt Hamilton Cholmondeley, 4th Baron Delamere and Phyllis Anne Montagu Douglas Scott, on 28 January 1947.1 He and Hon. Elizabeth Florence Marion Cholmondeley were divorced in 1953.1 He married, secondly, Helen Mary Shore, daughter of John Shore, on 3 March 1955.1 He and Helen Mary Shore were divorced in 1974.1 He married, thirdly, Rona Zara Clifford-Johns, daughter of Ernest Clifford-Johns, on 14 May 1974.1 He died in January 1993 at age 77.1
