     Henry Long was born posthumously in March 1686 at South Wraxall, Wiltshire, England.2 He was the son of Henry Long and Anne Long.1 He was baptised on 20 October 1687 at South Wraxall, Wiltshire, England.2 He married Ellen Trenchard, daughter of William Trenchard.1 He died in October 1727 at age 41.2 He was buried at North Bradley, Wiltshire, England.2
     Henry Long held the office of Sheriff of Wiltshire in 1726.2
     He had three sons and four daughters, all of whom died without issue.1
