     Maj.-Gen. Percy Carr White was born in 1865.1 He was the son of Alfred White and Elizabeth Carr.1 He married Christina Camilla Sutherland, daughter of Dr. J. F. Sutherland and Jane MacKay.1 He died in 1934.1
     He graduated from University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.).1 He graduated from University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, with a Master in Surgery (C.M.).1 He fought in the Burma Campaign between 1891 and 1892.1 He fought in the North-West Frontier between 1897 and 1898.1 He was with the Indian Political Service.1 He was Royal Doctor to the Court of the King of Nepal.1 He was Honorary Physician to HM King George V in 1910. He fought in the First World War.1 He was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.).1 He fought in the Third Afghan War in 1919.1 He was invested as a Fellow, Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (F.R.C.S.E.).1 He gained the rank of Major-General in the service of the Indian Medical Service.1
