     Mary Everard was the daughter of Sir Redmond Everard, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Butler.1 She married Theobald Butler, 5th Baron Caher, son of Piers Butler and Catherine O'Brien, before 1692.1
     After her marriage, Mary Everard was styled as Baroness Caher before 1692. From before 1692, her married name became Butler.1

     Thomas Butler, 6th Baron Caher was born after 1679.1 He was the son of Theobald Butler, 5th Baron Caher and Mary Everard.1 He married Frances Butler, daughter of Sir Theobald Butler and Margaret Roche, on 24 July 1709 at St. Nicholas Within, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG.1 He died on 29 May 1744 at York, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1 He was buried at Caher, County Tipperary, IrelandG.1 His will (dated 4 April 1744) was proven (by probate) in 1744.1
     He succeeded as the 6th Baron Caher [I., 1583] on 27 September 1700.1

     Frances Butler was born in 1693.1 She was the daughter of Sir Theobald Butler and Margaret Roche.2 She married Thomas Butler, 6th Baron Caher, son of Theobald Butler, 5th Baron Caher and Mary Everard, on 24 July 1709 at St. Nicholas Within, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG.2 She died in 1733.2

     Sir Theobald Butler was born in 1651.2 He was the son of James Butler and Mary Butler.3,2 He married Margaret Roche, daughter of Dominick Roche. He died on 11 March 1721.2
     He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1671.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Ennis in 1689.2 He held the office of Solicitor-General in 1689, to King James II.1 He held the office of Commissioner of the Revenue.2 He was draftsman on the Jacobite side of the Treaty of Limerick in 1691.2 He was a spokesman at the Bar of House of Commons for the Catholics of Ireland against the Popery Bill in 1703.2

     Dominick Roche was the son of Jordan Oge Roche and Marne O'Brien.2 He married, firstly, Agnes Burke.2 He married, secondly, Mary (?)2 He died between 2 February 1701 and 27 August 1702.2 His will was proven (by probate) on 27 August 1702.2
     He lived at Cahirrevaghily, Ireland.1 He was styled as 1st Baron Tarbert [Ireland], created by King James II when in exile.2 He was styled as 1st Viscount Cahiravahilla [Ireland], created by King James II when in exile.1 He held the office of Alderman of Limerick in 1689.2 His last will was dated 2 February 1701.
