She was the daughter of Guillaume V (III), Comte de Hainaut, Hollande et Zélande and Jeanne de Valois.1 She married Ludwig IV von Bayern, Holy Roman Emperor, son of Ludwig II Herzog von Oberbayern and Mathilde von Habsburg. She died circa 1356.
     Marguerite, Comtesse de Hainaut et Hollande succeeded to the title of Comtesse de Hollande in 1345.1 She succeeded to the title of Comtesse de Hainaut in 1345.1 She abdicated as Countess of Holland in 1354.1
