     Thomas Bermingham Daly Henry Sewell was born on 13 February 1774.1 He was the son of Thomas Baily Heath Sewell and Lady Elizabeth Bermingham.1
     In 1800 he presetned a petition claiming the title of Lord Athenry, but this claim failed.1
