Sir Ian Vincent Hamilton Campbell of Barcaldine, 7th Bt. was born on 7 May 1895.1 He is the son of Richard Hamilton Campbell and Ellen Emily Harington Gompertz.2 He married, firstly, Madeline Lowe Reid Whitelocke, daughter of H. Anglin Whitelocke, on 14 July 1920.1 He married, secondly, Iris Constance Gibb, daughter of Lt.-Col. Ronald Charles Gibb, on 2 June 1932.1 He married, thirdly, Agnes Louise Gerhardi, daughter of William Henry Gerhardi, on 14 November 1942.1 He died on 14 April 1978 at age 82.1

Argyll [U.K., 1831] on 11 July 1963.1
