     Sir Timothy Felix Harold Cassel, 4th Bt. was born on 30 April 1942.1 He is the son of Sir Harold Felix Cassel, 3rd Bt. and Ione Jean Barclay.2 He married, firstly, Jenifer Puckle, daughter of Kenneth Bridge Puckle, in 1971.1 He and Jenifer Puckle were divorced in 1977.1 He married, secondly, Ann Mallalieu, Baroness Mallalieu, daughter of Sir Joseph Percival William Mallalieu and Harriet R. Riddle, in 1979.1 He and Ann Mallalieu, Baroness Mallalieu were divorced in December 2006.3
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn in 1965 entitled to practice as a barrister.1 He was Junior Prosecuting Counsel of the Central Criminal Court in 1978.1 He was Assistant Boundaries Commissioner between 1979 and 1985.4 He was Senior Prosecuting Counsel between 1986 and 1988.4 He was invested as a Queen's Counsel (Q.C.) in 1988.1 He was admitted to Bencher of Lincoln's Inn in 1994.4 He succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Cassel [U.K., 1920] on 17 September 2001.1 He lived in 2003 at Studdridge Farm, Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire, England.1
