     Claudine Verdier is the daughter of Antoine Verdier, Seigneur de Vauprivas and Catherine Gouttes.1 She married Gabriel Chappuis, Seigneur de Chaumont, son of Jean Chappuis, Seigneur de Condrieu and Jeanne de Chaumont.1
      Her married name became Chappuis.1
