William Livingstone, 3rd Viscount Kilsyth was born on 29 March 1650. He was the son of Sir James Livingstone, 1st Viscount Kilsyth and Eupheme Cunningham. He married Jean Cochrane, daughter of William Cochrane, Lord Cochrane and Lady Catherine Kennedy, circa 1692/93. He died on 12 January 1732/33 at age 82 at Rome, Italy.
