     Emily Idonea Sophia Le Marchant was the daughter of General Sir John Gaspard Le Marchant. She married William Romilly, 2nd Baron Romilly, son of John Romilly, 1st Baron Romilly and Caroline Charlotte Otter, on 9 February 1865. She died on 17 March 1866.
     Her married name became Romilly.

     Sir Samuel Romilly was born on 1 March 1757. He married Anne Garbett, daughter of Francis Garbett, on 3 January 1798. He died on 2 November 1818 at age 61, by cutting his own throat, after the death of his wife.
