     Margaret Anne Taylor was the daughter of Reverend Robert Taylor.² She married General Sir John Gaspard Le Marchant, son of Maj.-Gen. John Gaspard Le Marchant and Mary Carey, on 28 May 1839.¹ She died on 23 August 1903.¹
     She was Staffordshire.¹ She lived Clifton Hall.¹

     Colonel Thomas Le Marchant was born on 21 August 1811.¹ He was the son of Maj.-Gen. John Gaspard Le Marchant and Mary Carey.² He married Frances Mary Isabella Smith, daughter of James Smith and Mary Isabella Pechell, on 2 July 1846.¹ He died on 8 August 1873 at age 61, without issue.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He lived at New Lodge, Hertfordshire, England.¹

     Augustus John Smith was born on 15 September 1804.¹ He was the son of James Smith and Mary Isabella Pechell.¹ He died on 31 July 1872 at age 67, unmarried.¹
     He was Lord Proprietor of the Isles of Scilly.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Truro between 1857 and 1865.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He lived at Tresco Abbey, Scilly Isles, England.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹

     Paulina Wilhelmina Smith was born on 23 January 1820.¹ She was the daughter of James Smith and Mary Isabella Pechell.¹ She died on 28 October 1835 at age 15.¹

     Catherine Stephens Le Marchant was born on 20 October 1796.² She was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. John Gaspard Le Marchant and Mary Carey.³ She married Reverend Thomas Lewis Fanshawe, son of John Gascoyne Fanshawe and Mary Parkinson, on 11 October 1821.¹ She died on 1 July 1881 at age 84.¹

     Reverend Thomas Lewis Fanshawe was born on 21 September 1792.² He was the son of John Gascoyne Fanshawe and Mary Parkinson.² He married Catherine Stephens Le Marchant, daughter of Maj.-Gen. John Gaspard Le Marchant and Mary Carey, on 11 October 1821.¹ He died on 5 March 1858 at age 65.¹
     He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)² He lived at Parsloes, Essex, England.¹

     Jane Brown was born in 1746.¹ She married William Alvey Darwin, son of Robert Darwin.¹ She died in 1835.¹
     Her married name became Darwin.¹

     Elizabeth Hill Darwin was baptised on 28 October 1775 at St. Andrew's Church, Holborn, London, England.¹ She was the daughter of William Alvey Darwin and Jane Brown.¹ She died in 1805.¹

     Sarah Eliza Smith was born circa 1808.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Smith and Augusta Smith.² She married Sir Denis Le Marchant, 1st Bt., son of Maj.-Gen. John Gaspard Le Marchant and Mary Carey, on 9 January 1835.¹ She died on 6 March 1894.¹

     Ann Darwin was born on 20 June 1777.¹ She was the daughter of William Alvey Darwin and Jane Brown.¹ She was baptised on 28 August 1777 at St. Andrew's Church, Holborn, London, England.¹ She married Samuel Fox, son of Samuel Fox and Mary Bristow, on 7 March 1799.¹ She died in 1859.¹
     From 7 March 1799, her married name became Fox.¹
