     Sir Arthur Henry Talbot Chetwynd, 7th Bt. was born on 13 April 1887.1 He was the son of Arthur Chetwynd and Kinbarra Swene Seckham.2 He married, firstly, Evelyn Margaret Andrews, daughter of Leonard Wodehouse Andrews, on 25 October 1914.1 He and Evelyn Margaret Andrews were divorced in 1940.1 He married, secondly, Violet Mary Cripps, daughter of William Charles Cripps, on 29 July 1940.1 He married, thirdly, Frances Audrey Flawith-Smith, daughter of Dr. Thomas Flawith-Smith, on 4 April 1956.1 He died on 24 July 1972 at age 85, without issue.1
      Sir Arthur Henry Talbot Chetwynd, 7th Bt. usually went by his middle name of Talbot.1 He was educated at Wellington College, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 16th and 9th Lancers.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches twice.1 He was decorated with the award of the Military Cross (M.C.).1 He was decorated with the award of the Order of the Nile (4th Class).1 He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.1 He was Colonel of the Frontiers Camel Corps, Egyptian Army between 1924 and 1931.1 He succeeded to the title of 7th Baronet Chetwynd, of Brocton Hall, co. Stafford [G.B., 1795] on 25 November 1938.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He was Acting Chief Constable of Monmouthshire between 1939 and 1944.1 He lived at Brocton Hall, Staffordshire, England.1
