     Robert Preston, 1st Viscount Gormanston was the son of Christopher Preston, 3rd Lord of Gormanston and Jane Dartois.1 He married Janet Molyneux, daughter of Sir Richard Molyneux and Joan Haydock.1 He died on 9 April 1503.1
