Friedrich-Carl Graf Kinsky von Wchinitz und Tettau was born on 3 March 1911 at Kostelec nad Orlici, Prague, Czech Republic.1 He was the son of unknown Kinsky von Wchinitz und Tettau.1 He married, firstly, Camilla Sidonia Alix Gräfin de Pourtalès in 1937.1 He and Camilla Sidonia Alix Gräfin de Pourtalès were divorced in 1948.1 He married, secondly, Camilla Sidonia Alix Gräfin de Pourtalès in February 1952.1 He died on 14 December 1999 at age 88 at Sassenberg, Germany.1
Friedrich-Carl Graf Kinsky von Wchinitz und Tettau graduated from Brno University, Brno, Czechoslovakia, in 1934 with a Diploma in Agricultural Engineering.1 He emigrated to New Zealand arriving on 23 September 1949.1 He was secretary for the New Zelaand Standards Institute between April 1950 and 1954.1 He was a photographer with the Wildlife Branch of the Deparmtent of Internal Affairs between 1954 and 1955 at Wellington, New Zealand.1 He was a clerk between July 1955 and January 1963 at Dominion Museum, Wellington, New Zealand.1 He was the curator of birds between February 1963 and March 1976 at National Museum of New Zealand, Wellington, New Zealand.1 He and Camilla Sidonia Alix Gräfin de Pourtalès emigrated to London, England, arriving on August 1980.1
