Thomas Hoo, 1st Lord Hoo was the son of Sir Thomas Hoo and Eleanor de Felton.2,1 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Wychingham, daughter of Nicholas Wychingham.2 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Welles, daughter of Lionel Welles, Lord Welles.3 He died on 13 February 1455.
