     Lady Myrtle Grace Brocas Jellicoe was born on 28 August 1908.1 She was the daughter of Admiral John Henry Rushworth Jellicoe, 1st Earl Jellicoe and Florence Gwendoline Cayzer.1 She married Lionel Maxwell Joachim Balfour, son of Maxwell Balfour, on 11 June 1932.1 She died on 10 November 1945 at age 37.1
     From 11 June 1932, her married name became Balfour.1
