     Alexander Chisholm, The Chisholm was the son of Roderick Chisholm, The Chisholm and Elizabeth Macdonell.2 He married, secondly, Margaret Mackenzie, daughter of George Mackenzie of Allangrange.1 He married, firstly, Eliza Mackenzie, daughter of Roderick Mackenzie of Applecross, on 10 January 1740.1 He died in 1785.1
     On 11 March 1777 he entailed his estates.1

     From 10 January 1740, her married name became Chisholm.

     William Chisholm, The Chisholm was the son of Alexander Chisholm, The Chisholm and Margaret Mackenzie.2 He married Elizabeth Macdonell, daughter of Duncan Macdonell of Glengarry, on 12 March 1785.1 He died on 22 March 1817.1
     William Chisholm, The Chisholm was recognised by the Lord Lyon King of Arms, and matriculated his arms at the Lyons Office on 21 May 1816.1
