     Simeon Rurik, Grand Duke of Vladimir was the son of Ivan I Kalita Rurik, Grand Duke of Novgorod and Moscow.1 He died in 1353.1
     Simeon Rurik, Grand Duke of Vladimir also went by the nick-name of Simeon 'the Proud'.1 He succeeded to the title of Grand Duke Simeon of Moscow in 1340.2 He succeeded to the title of Grand Duke Simeon of Vladimir in 1340.1
