     Penelope Conwy is the daughter of Sir John Conway Conwy, 2nd Bt. and Penelope Greenould.2,3 She married Colonel James Russell Stapleton.1
      Elizabeth, married Watkin Williams, of Penbedw, one of the sons of Richard Williams, of Penbedw (see BP&B WILLIAMS-WYNN, Bt).1 Her married name became Stapleton.1

     Sir John Conway Conwy, 2nd Bt. was born in 1663 at Bodrhyddan Hall, Rhuddlan, Flintshire, Wales.2 He was the son of Sir Henry Conway Conwy, 1st Bt. and Mary Lloyd.3 He married Penelope Greenould, daughter of Richard Greenould. He married Margaretta Maria Digby.1 He died on 27 April 1721, when the btcy expired by her:.1
     He was Doctor of Civil Law (D.C.L.) Oxon 1683.1 He gained the title of 2nd Baronet Conwy [E., 1660].1 He was Member of Parliament (M.P.) Flints , 1695–1701, 1705–08 and 1713–15 and Flint town 1702, 1708–13 and 1715–21 in 1685.1 In 1745 married 2nd Penelope (died ), dau of Richard Grenville, of Wotton Underwood (see BLGRY 2005 KINLOSS, L).1
