     Richard Cholmeley was the son of John Cholmeley and Mary Turner.2,1 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Mitchell.1 He married, secondly, Dionisia Philips.1 He died from 20 February 1556/57 to 1558.1
     Having by her had.1 With other issue.1 A youngest son.1 He lived at Bletchingley, Surrey, England.1 Married 1st Elizabeth Mitchell.1 Daughter of – Phillips and widow of – Homden.1

     Elizabeth Hartopp was the daughter of Sir Edward Hartopp, 2nd Bt. and Mary Coke.1 She married, firstly, Montague Cholmeley, son of Henry Cholmeley and Elizabeth Sondes, on 12 September 1637.1 She married, secondly, Henry Hall after 1652.1 She died circa January 1676.1 She was buried on 29 January 1676.1
     From 12 September 1637, her married name became Cholmeley.1 From after 1652, her married name became Hall.1

     Sir Henry Cholmeley was born in 1562.1 He was the son of John Cholmeley.2 He married Elizabeth lacy, daughter of William Lacy.1 He died circa November 1620.1 He was buried on 20 November 1620.1
     In 1590 he inherited property from an uncle called Robert.1 He lived at Easton, Lincolnshire, England.1 He had six younger sons and three daughters.1
