     Richard Stanhope was born in 1502.1 He was the son of Sir Edward Stanhope and Avelina Clifton.1 He married Anne Strelly, daughter of John Strelly.1 He died in 1583.1
     Richard Stanhope lived at Rampton, Nottinghamshire, England.1

     Sir Thomas Stanhope held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Nottinghamshire.1 He lived at Shelford, Nottinghamshire, England.1
