     Mary Lee was the daughter of Richard Lee.1 She married Sir George Chudleigh, 3rd Bt., son of Sir George Chudleigh, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Fortescue, circa 21 February 1673/74.1 She died in 1710 at Ashton, Devon, England.1 She was buried at Ashton, Devon, England.1
     Mary Lee was an authoress and poet.1 From circa 21 February 1673/74, her married name became Chudleigh.1

     Sir Thomas Chudleigh, 5th Bt. was the son of Colonel Thomas Chudleigh and Henrietta (?).1 He died on 23 June 1741 at Aachen, Germany, unmarried.1 He was buried on 12 July 1741 at Chelsea, London, England.1 His will was probated in February 1742.1
     Sir Thomas Chudleigh, 5th Bt. gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Lord James Cavendish's Regiment of Foot.1 He succeeded to the title of 5th Baronet Chudleigh, of Ashton, co. Devon [E., 1622] on 10 October 1738.1
