     Mary Theodora Clarke was the daughter of Frederick Clarke and Adelaide Catherine Kerrison.2 She married Robert Pringle Davidson on 18 December 1909.1 She died on 28 February 1937.1
     From 18 December 1909, her married name became Davidson.

     William Peter Dunham Clarke was born on 8 November 1888.1 He was the son of William Alexander Clarke and Helen Woodward.2 He married Ethel Ethelston, daughter of Edmund Ethelston, on 27 September 1915.1 He died on 28 January 1967 at age 78.1
     William Peter Dunham Clarke was with the Sudan Civil Service.1 He was decorated with the Order of the Nile (3rd Class).1 He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1927.1 He was a local director of Barclay's Bank Ltd.1

     Peter Ethelston Clarke was born on 11 July 1916.1 He was the son of William Peter Dunham Clarke and Ethel Ethelston.2 He married Isabel Helen Longmore, daughter of Philip Elton Longmore, on 5 September 1940.1 He died on 30 January 1975 at age 58, killed in a motor accident.1
     Peter Ethelston Clarke was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He graduated from King's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1938 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He gained the rank of Captain in 1939 in the service of the Intelligence Corps.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He graduated from King's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1946 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was Company Secretary for The Times Publishing Company between 1955 and 1967.1 He was in charge of the Times Foreign News after 1967.1
