     Mary Adela Clerk was born in 1899.1 She was the daughter of Arthur Stanley Clerk and Edith Maud Sheffield.2 She married, firstly, Thornton Pineo in 1926.1 She married, secondly, Major G. K. Peake, son of Colonel G. Peake, in 1935.1 She died in 1942.1
     From 1926, her married name became Pineo.1 From 1935, her married name became Peake.1
