     Hon. Richard Henn Collins was born on 2 April 1873.1 He was the son of Sir Richard Henn Collins, Baron Collins and Jane Ogle Moore.1 He married an unknown person in 1909.1
     Hon. Richard Henn Collins was decorated with the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.).1 He was invested as a Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.).1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Berkshire Regiment.1
