     John Jowitt was born on 10 May 1721.1 He was the son of Richard Jowitt.1 He married Ann Benson, daughter of Thomas Benson, on 18 April 1747.1 He died in 1775.1
     John Jowitt lived at Churwell, Yorkshire, England.1

     Cynthia Pamela Mary Bowman was born on 22 October 1918.1 She is the daughter of Major Humphrey Ernest Bowman and Frances Guinevere Armytage.2 She married, firstly, Rear-Admiral Josef Czeslaw Bartosik, son of Thomas Bartosik, on 19 November 1943.1 She and Rear-Admiral Josef Czeslaw Bartosik were divorced in 1969.1 She married, secondly, Vice-Admiral Sir Roderick Douglas Macdonald on 17 October 1980.1
     From 19 November 1943, her married name became Bartosik. From 17 October 1980, her married name became Macdonald.1 She lived in 2003 Ollach, Braes, Isle of Skye.1

     Jan Jozef Bartosik was born on 2 August 1946.1 He was the son of Rear-Admiral Josef Czeslaw Bartosik and Cynthia Pamela Mary Bowman.2 He married Lesley Anne Meehan, daughter of Dr. J. Meehan, in 1978.1 He died in April 2002 at age 55.1
