     Lesley McIntyre is the daughter of James Patrick McIntyre.1 She married Sir William Allen Jowitt, 1st and last Earl Jowitt, son of Reverend William Jowitt and Louisa Margaret Allen, on 19 December 1913.1
     From 19 December 1913, her married name became Jowitt.1 As a result of her marriage, Lesley McIntyre was styled as Baroness Jowitt on 2 August 1945. As a result of her marriage, Lesley McIntyre was styled as Viscountess Jowitt on 20 January 1947. As a result of her marriage, Lesley McIntyre was styled as Countess Jowitt on 24 December 1951.

     F/Lt. Vernon Dalziel Riddell Pakenham Gilbert was the son of Reverend Frederick William Pakenham Gilbert.2 He married Nancy Freda Paget-Bowman, daughter of Guy Eddowes Paget Paget-Bowman and Ethel Mary Bowman, on 5 June 1937.1 He died on 17 May 1965.1
     F/Lt. Vernon Dalziel Riddell Pakenham Gilbert gained the rank of Flight Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Air Force.1
