     Maine Waldrond Lyons was the son of John Lyons and Catharine Walrond.1 He died in 1827, from wounds received in action.1
     Maine Waldrond Lyons fought in the Battle of Navarino in 1827.1

     Lt.-Gen. Humphrey Lyons was born on 8 July 1802.1 He was the son of John Lyons and Catharine Walrond.1 He married Eliza Bennett, daughter of Henry Bennett, on 4 November 1837.1
     Lt.-Gen. Humphrey Lyons gained the rank of Lieutenant-General in the service of the Indian Army.1
