Isabella Mowbray Hart was the daughter of Henry Hart.1 She married Rt. Hon. General Sir Edward Lugard, son of Captain John Lugard and Jane Llewellyn Trewman, in 1837.1 She died in 1868.1

Lt.-Col. Henry Williamson Lugard was the son of Captain John Lugard and Jane Llewellyn Trewman.1 He died on 1 December 1857 at China, while on active service.1

Flora Louise Shaw was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. George Shaw.1 She married Frederick John Delatry Lugard, 1st and last Baron Lugard, son of Reverend Frederick Grueber Lugard and Mary Jane Howard, on 11 June 1902.1 She died on 25 January 1929.1
From 11 June 1902, her married name became Lugard.1 She was special correspondent for The Times in Africa, Australia, Canada and the Klondike.1 She was invested as a Dame Commander, Order of the British Empire (D.B.E.).1 As a result of her marriage, Flora Louise Shaw was styled as Baroness Lugard on 16 March 1928.

Richard Bickerton Pemell Lyons, 1st and last Viscount Lyons was born on 26 April 1817.1 He was the son of Vice-Admiral Edmund Lyons, 1st Baron Lyons and Augusta Louisa Rogers.1 He died on 5 December 1887 at age 70.1
