     Isabella Mowbray Hart was baptised on 24 October 1814 at Bishop Wearmouth, County Durham, England.2 She was the daughter of Henry Hart and Deborah Spence.1,2 She married Rt. Hon. General Sir Edward Lugard, son of Captain John Lugard and Jane Llewellyn Trewman, in 1837.1 She died in 1868.1
     From 1837, her married name became Lugard.1

Hon. General Sir Edward Lugard, son of Captain John Lugard and Jane Llewellyn Trewman.2 She died on 11 March 1922 at age 76 at Battle, Sussex, England.1
     Her married name became Lugard.2 She was also known as Matty Fulbrow.2

     Lt.-Col. Henry Williamson Lugard was the son of Captain John Lugard and Jane Llewellyn Trewman.1 He married Margaret Ann McHendry, daughter of Captain John McHendry and Sarah Leland Fulton.2 He died on 1 December 1857 at ChinaG, while on active service.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Engineers.1 He fought in the China War in 1857.1

     From 3 December 1883, her married name became Fraser.1
